Nah, they banned cartridges too, and even some reviewers got hit by it, so they probably have no way of telling which is which. The Lurantis CIA is *probably* safe, but you might as well replace it just in case.

Yes. If that were the case going online in literally anything, legit or otherwise, even your friend list, with freeshop or any other homebrew app installed, will get you banned.
