Each nature increases one stat and decreases another (except for a few that do nothing). For example, Jolly increases Speed and decreases Special Attack. Some natures are good for certain mons, some mons can work with mutiple natures depending on their setup. If you're not playing competitively, it's not a big deal but it's good to be aware of. In your case, your Rowlet has increased Speed and decreased Attack.
