Oh, well, in maison or online I can usually keep my male meowstic active until the end and being generally useful, but my female is usually taken out sooner and doing less useful stuff, and the competitive buff rarely happens to trigger to give her that extra push.

Hate to bring it to you... Delcatty is at its worst right now.
It's ""niche"", being baton passing boosts is banned from PU all the way to UU. Baton pass in general is a dead practise by now. A Normalize set is a Verisifly tier mind flyer.
Mind you base 90 is horrid for a disruptive Mon. Even in PU where lopunny, furfrou and jumpluff see some play. The only way a Delcatty can 'work' is in a wifi Shady-style baton pass battle. Everything works with baton pass boosts.
