Minior is going to be OU, or atleast be banned from UU

Its very similar to Hawlucha where it requires a risky set up with alot of risk involved, but if it succeeds you end up with an unstoppable sweeper.

Pick one. Minior gets fucked by too much common priority to be relevant in OU, unless if you are just gonna send out something with a Terrain Extender to suicide itself for Minior to sweep. It will be UU at best, more likely RU or BL2.

also brings up a point. While it doesn't actually have to run much Speed, and can invest the rest of its EVs into HP, Shell form can still be OHKOd or weakened into priority range by a solid hit.

Minior looks quite solid, but it's far from unstoppable. It's very much like Slurpuff. A solid late game sweeper, but has its clear downsides and checks.
