It will make a new tier, ABD. Even Mega Ray is like a Specs Weedle compared to this monster. You set up on any passive mon, which will not switch out because they are too intimidated by its presence to not get hit by Spirit Shackle. Then, you get +6 attack and sweep with Shadow Sneak. Use Low Sweep to break pathetic Normal types like Arceus. If you really trust inferior mons to get the job done, I guess you could Baton Pass to Mega Salamence.
