Dugtrio would probably be alright if we had about 30 more Alolan forms spread across generations, or even just all the Kanto ones that could have used it.

It kinda sucks when the big Alolan form gimmick turns out to be a handful and half of them are jokes. Digletts with wigs feels like rubbing salt in wounds.
