He's a route 1 shitmon but what do you think of Gumshoos?
It takes far too long for him to get a decent normal attack and his Stakeout is useless against AI but I think he's cute and I love the detective theme. I used him for the first two islands. He doesn't like getting his nose rubbed in Amie. :3

I run him on doubles with Braviary
He looks like Donald Trump
I'll carry him with me throughout the whole game
>>29972340
I love him. Going to use him throughout the game even if he's bad. I just wish they had given him decent stats.

My niggers
I freaking love him. I just wish he was less garbage. After Diggersby, I was hoping he wouldn't be doomed to total shittitude.
>>29972340
I won't lie, I loved him the second I saw him, the detective theme is great. I think he'll be alright in doubles as well.
Should I do a Normal mono?
I've never done one but a majority of my favorites this gen are Normal type, Gumshoos especially, but I've never done a mono run before, much less for a first play through of a game.
Design is pretty good. Only thing I hate is its shit in battle and all the "LE TRUMP XDD" shit is spawned by idiots who didn't see itbwas a detective from the moment it was shown.
Trumpgoose is best route 1 rodent.
>>29972340
Hey OP, what island does Elekid/Electabuzz show up on?
>>29972996
>"LE TRUMP XDD"
The only ones triggered by this are the same kinds of retards who are still rioting on the streets because of the election. You seem to be one of them.
Everyone else just sees it as a funny coincidence.

Third Island
at least it has a higher BST than shiinotic
>>29972996
It's a joke. Everyone knows it's meant to be a detective.
>>29972996
>he doesn't want a Gumshoos for President
Racist.
>>29973098
Booo. Thanks. I wish it was early. Is the third island a pretty solid 75% of the way through? Maybe I should just try and have someone trade me one who is further.
Is Adaptability just straight up better than Stakeout?
>>29973741
Stakeout is more situational, but it does more damage than adaptability if the opponent switches
>>29972936
Go ahead anon, sounds fun. Not that it matters now but normal types reigned supreme back in gen 1.
>>29973741
Stakeout is better if you predict like a mad man and/or use Red Card. Adaptabilityis better otherwise. Strong Jaw is shit.
>>29973070
I fucking hate it and I'm a trump supporter. I've always wanted a detective-like Pokemon but now he's just been ruined by millennial trash.
>>29972340
Anyone got a viable build for him yet?
>>29974710
No one is stopping you from naming him "Zenigata" or "Looker" or something. Why do you care so much about what other people think?
>>29974774
He deserves to be acknowledged for what he is rather than made a meme out of, he's the best designed rodent, imo.
Any you know they'll be a bunch of 20 something year old trash that'll actually think he's based off trump.
>>29973070
It's LITERALLLY a reddit meme
I like detectives and wanted to use it, but it didn't get what it needed to have any purpose ingame or against players. Just really sad.
