Fast Ball hasn't worked that way since GSC, now it has 4x capture rate for anything with over base 100 speed.

Which means yeah, it's still completely useless in this game.

sadly thats why im not gonna use that guy. love his evo but if hes just gonna switch if he takes a hit then i dont see it as useful. Keep in mind im a PVE player and rarely do online battles against others.
