This a generic Sand Wallbreaker, similar to how Kingdra functions in Rain. Accelerock is handy for picking things off if you don't have Sand up or don't want to risk the Stonemiss, and the choice of Fang move is up to you. Would you rather kill Ferrothorn or Keldeo?

This set is much more late-game oriented, with SD and ideally some prior damage done to the opponent to make up for the lack of Choice Band. While you can go Adamant on this set as well, Jolly ensures that you can still sweep even if the Sand goes down.

The second set does not necessarily need Sand to work. You could put it on another team and choose another ability, but I don't recommend it. If you go Vital Spirit, anything that would Spore you will be just hit you with a Grass move. If you go Steadfast, anything that would Fake Out you will just hit you with a Fighting move.

you are basically bisharp or toxicroak, a bad move and quake will murder you, but you can still sucker punch some fuckers for revenge kills, or stone edge them in the face if you predict them not attacking or switching, brick break is for steels and swords dance if you predict a free turn, using this one is literally living on the edge.

Fair enough anon, but keep in mind that Adamant, even with Sand up, fails to outspeed Rock Polish Terrakion. It's obscure, but not unheard of, and even a +2 Stone Edge fails to OHKO.

So long as you have pebbles up and get that SD, you can afford to be Jolly.

This is the only worthwhile set I can think of for OU or even UU that doesn't rely on heavy Thunder Wave or Sticky Webs support. It's not awful, but it's far from stellar either. The only reason you'd ever go Lum over Lefties is if you intend to set up in the face of Thunder Wave users.

basically, you have this extremely bulky monster cycle through the enemy team using madness to take everything to half health, or if possible, less.
you could run a 2nd attack for coverage, or bulk up to bump his staying power/snowball potential or substitute to prevent status, although most status setters will outspeed you. the self-brought grassy terrain gives you sustain as well as buffs horn leech for the extra heals. Partners well with nihilego to set up stealth rocks and switch in on poison attacks
