I'm curious about Dragon Rage.
I always dismissed it as a trash move, but Seismic Toss is actually viable on bulky mons with low Attack (eg. Chansey), and both do similar amounts of damage (assuming level 50).

I doubt it, but I wonder if there's a niche for Dragon Rage Lapras?
