This doesn't work. You can get back into the eShop because you have no more connected NNID, but you cant link a NNID, create a new one, or download titles. Sorry guys, keep trying. A way has been found to bypass the online ban for GAMES so far, but no permanent fix for NN services yet. Get to google'ing guys.
