>Weavile: They dwell in cold places. This Pokémon’s main food source in Alola is Vulpix and Sandshrew, which they carefully divide among their group.
>Sandile: It conceals itself in the sand and chomps down on the legs of any prey that unwarily walk over it. Its favorite food is Trapinch.
>Mandibuzz: It circles in the sky, keeping a keen eye out for Pokémon in a weakened state. Its choicest food is Cubone.
>Garchomp: It can fly at speeds rivaling jet planes. It dives into flocks of bird Pokémon and gulps the entire flock down whole.
>Spinarak: It waits intently until its preferred prey, Cutiefly, gets caught in its web. In fact, it’s quite a patient Pokémon.
>Talonflame: Its favorite foods are Wingull and Pikipek. It attacks with a powerful kick and grasps them firmly in its talons.
>Wailmer: It shows off by spraying jets of seawater from the nostrils above its eyes. It eats a solid ton of Wishiwashi every day.

Thoughts?
>>
>>29939184
On a slightly related note, how long do I have to wait to find Sneasel? I want to ditch my starter for Weavile.
>>
>>29939184
Friendly reminder that the sneasel line can be breed with both of those lines.
>>
>>29939184
Considering Wailmer doesn't weigh anywhere near a ton, I'm skeptical.

Does that mean Sneasel can rape and eat Vulpix/Sandshrew at the same time?

On a related note, when's the earliest you can pick up a Razor Claw? Please tell me it's not only available at the Battle Tree like in Gen 6.

>Mareanie: It plunges the poison spike on its head into its prey. When the prey has weakened, Mareanie deals the finishing blow with its 10 tentacles.
>Toxapex: Toxapex crawls along the ocean floor on its 12 legs. It leaves a trail of Corsola bits scattered in its wake.
>Mareanie: It’s found crawling on beaches and seafloors. The coral that grows on Corsola’s head is as good as a five-star banquet to this Pokémon.
>Toxapex: Those attacked by Toxapex’s poison will suffer intense pain for three days and three nights. Post-recovery, there will be some aftereffects.
Predator system is great. Does anyone know if the other mons mentioned have similar interactions if they call the other for help. I know sableye and carbink was a thing.

Grimer eat Trubbish? Would've expected them to get along, but I suppose Alolan Grimer/Muk are used to consuming large amounts of residential/commercial waste, which Trubbish is more than likely composed of.
Normal Grimer are more interested in sewage and industrial waste, according to older dex entries.
>>
>Marowak: This Pokémon is out for vengeance on its natural enemy, Mandibuzz. It throws bones like boomerangs to try to take it down.

Idiot

>Gengar(Mega): Gengar’s relationships are warped. It has no interest in opponents unless it perceives them as prey.
>Kangaskhan(Mega): Thanks to Mega Evolution, its child grows. But as the child is good only at fighting and nothing else, its mother feels uneasy about its future.
>Pinsir(Mega): The influence of Mega Evolution leaves it in a state of constant excitement. It pierces enemies with its two large horns before shredding them.
>Gyarados(Mega): Mega Evolution also affects its brain, leaving no other function except its destructive instinct to burn everything to cinders.
>Aerodactyl(Mega): When it Mega Evolves, it becomes more vicious than ever before. Some say that’s because its excess of power is causing it pain.
>Sharpedo(Mega): As a consequence of Mega Evolution, its combative instincts exploded. The yellow marks it bears are scars from a long history of battles.
>Salamence(Mega): Mega Evolution fuels its brutality, and it may even turn on the Trainer who raised it. It’s been dubbed “the blood-soaked crescent.”
>Metagross(Mega): Mega Evolution stimulated its brain. It emerged as a ruthless Pokémon that will clutch at any means of ensuring its victories.
>Lucario(Mega): It readies itself to face its enemies by focusing its mental energies. Its fighting style can be summed up in a single word: heartless.

It was actually a whole arc; Korrina was trigger happy for Mega Evolution when she wasn't ready and Mega Lucario went batshit insane. We've always had it, just not so much of it.
The Alolan Pokedex makes more mentions of predator/prey relationships, death and dying, and humans being hunted, killed, or injured by Pokemon than the rest of the games combined. It also brings new information on how Megas destroy a Pokemon mentally or physically.
And Alola doesn't even contain half the Pokemon in the franchise. If we do wind up with a proper NatDex, imagine all the new entries on older Pokemon.

>Tapu Koko: This guardian deity of Melemele is brimming with curiosity. It summons thunderclouds and stores their lightning inside its body.
>Tapu Koko: It confuses its enemies by flying too quickly for the eye to follow. It has a hair-trigger temper but forgets what made it angry an instant later.

Now at first glance this doesn't seem so bad, but just think, this divine being of lightning who is highly curious and immensely fast can fly into a fit of rage from the slightest altercation and forget why it is so enraged a moment later, leaving it in a confused and angered state; you can't tell me that's not a very dangerous being.

That's because it's written by an actual Pokemon. Did you forget that your Pokedex is powered by a Rotom? Pokemon see the world completely different than a bunch of nerds in a lab.

Sometimes I wonder how some of this translates to the mystery Dungeon Universe.
Are the Pokemon in cities all vegetarians while the ones in dungeons are uncivilized and eat each other?

Cuck Pokemon when?
No seriously have a Pokemon that only appears as an egg from a daycare that turns out to be a completely unrelated egg from the intended parent Pokemon. Have the evolved form mention that it eats Pokemon eggs and implants its own eggs in the daycare or in the wild when nobody is looking and trick an unsuspecting mating couple into raising its baby.
Sort of like a Changeling

For now, Exeggcute. Imagine a Chansey carrying one of those instead of its otherwise pointless eggs.
