Tsareen wins in terms of stats. She also has a better ability (Queenly Majesty vs. Contrary, which Lurantis is outclassed by Serperior at using).

i caught a male fomantis, grinded it to level 28, had it learn synthesis, bred it with the in-game traded bounsweet, got me a bounsweet with synthesis.

right now tsareena is just a shitty pure grass physical attacker and lurantis is a worse serperior

They already have 2 grass/fairy in the game.

If they were going with the lure/trick pokemon theme lurantis should have been Grass/psychic special attacker. Since it looks like a bug/fighting physical.

To add to the theme they should have given it some ridiculous coverage moves like aura sphere. If they are going to make a pokemon that is supposed to lure you they should go all the way.

Tsareena is a nice choice for a priority immune scarfer.
