It has a niche in doubles, especially in VGC this year. Since it seems like you can't get a legal regular Raichu, Togedemaru is an excellent Lightningrod abuser with Nuzzle and Super Fang, and more or less shuts down A-Raichu/TapuK

Mimikyu should have gotten forms
At basic, no changes. Just purely visual forms
More complex, Ghost/X typing.

Could be things like Celebi Mimikyu which is Ghost/Grass, Charmander Mimikyu which id Ghost/Fire etc

Pic somewhat related, cross-overs for popular characters would be cool too.
