Also, any Pre Gen 4 Flash area. God, Flash was such garbage. Who's bright idea was it to make flash 70% accuracy AND an HM so it meant if you taught it to someone, you were stuck with it for half the game, or in some cases for the whole damn ride. At least in Gen 4 and 5 areas, flash became 100% accuracy so it wasn't a bootleg sand attack anymore, andit was onyl relegated to like one area.
