If I'm not mistaken, it's not exactly a Water Huge Power, since it doesn't double its Attack stat when using those moves, but doubles the move's BP.
But yeah, strong as fuck.

What I see as the eyes are the two huge oval blue things with a white line inside, that lights up when it attacks. That's what you say are the "cheeks"?

I can't see the red lines that were supposed to be the eyes. Only a black/gray thing over the "eyes/cheek/flashy things" that i thought to be... eyebrows?
