Well, for starters, it doesn't get revelation dance (its only good secondary stab move) till level 40, and before then only learns normal and flying moves. Its TM movepool is garbage, too, because some key items let you swap the forms around and GF didn't want you having thunderbolt red oricorio or flamethrower pink oricorio.
