Has anyone be able to hack in a Mega Rayquaza and use a Z-Move to see how broke it is?

it's not allowed ingame
>>29873356
He means to hack in one that's already Mega, like perma mega
>>29873506
It won't let you do it anyways
>>29873506
It won't work, still. You only get one or the other.

Because only one option appears right?
Are ya sure it won't let you do it? Has anyone tried?
>>29873539
They both require held items
>>29873517
In Gen 6 you can hack in a Mega Mewtwo X holding Mewtwonite Y, and it gives you the option to mega evolve into Mega Mewtwo Y.
I imagine it could work similarly here.
>>29873544
Mega Rayquaza doesn't require a held item you shitforbrains
>>29873625
How does this happen every single time this question is asked? An anon asks about mega fug and then 3 idiots will spew shit about how it needs a mega stone and therefore can't use a z-move and then the thread dies, it's ridiculous
>>29873661
Well, I've heard mega fug can't use z moves. I got no source, but makes sense, it doesn't need another buff tobshit on other megas.
>>29873684
>it doesn't need another buff tobshit on other megas
That's not a reason. M-Fug was already unneeded on its own, there's nothing stopping GF from giving it yet another buff.
Now stop spewing shit from your ass and speak with facts, not opinions.

It can't be done, you fucking billiard ball. Go try it.
The only way for it to happen is to make it perma mega with PKHeX.
>>29873836
z move or not it will still be the strongest pokemon in the game

I'm not OP but I ask the same thing because I can't try it.
>The only way for it to happen is to make it perma mega with PKHeX.
Except that it doesn't need a mega stone to mega evolve? I understand if the UI doesn't let you, but I need somebody actually doing it before drawing conclusions. Like, having a fug with Dragon Ascent and a Z-Crystal.
>>29873906
Nigger, I tried it earlier, and I just did it again. Sent out Rayquaza with Dragon Ascent and Dragonium Z. Z Power button came up. Used Z-Dragon Dance. Next turn, no Mega Evolution button came up.
>>29873925
Oh okay that settles it then, that's what I wanted to read.
Just to have an idea, what does Z-Dragon Dance do?
>>29873906
I had written this off, but I never considered the UI not letting you use both at once. Now, I could picture it prioritizing the Z-Move and only after it's used lets you Mega Evolve.
>>29873925
Well, that will teach me not to refresh right before I post.
>>29873946
Restores any lowered stats you have, then raises Attack and Speed as normal.
See: http://pastebin.com/d5Hed1cw
IIRC it gets Z-Celebrate, which for Rayy is basically Dragon Dance + Cosmic Power. Only one shot to sweep and no LO or Lum, but can be a niche tech if you want extra after-setup survivability.
I'm more concerned about Jirachi getting it.
>>29873976
Whoa, thank you a lot for that! I'm quite impressed about that.
Say, what about regular moves z-effects?
>>29874049
Some signature Z moves have their own unique effect's. Extreme Evoboost gives +2 to each stat, was it? Genesis Supernova causes Psychic Terrain.
Generic Z moves don't have any secondary effects.
