Type Null with Eviolite will be one of the bulkiest Pokemon who have offensive capability ever. Its 95/95/95 defenses are greater than Porygon2's by a significant amount and that Pokemon is an outright wall.

It doesn't have Recover though so it has to use its massive bulk for less stally purposes.

If you have some way of exporting your save, then all you need is the latest version of PKHeX (you'll need to compile it yourself or download someone's else's compiled version). From there, you can modify any pokemon in your party/pc by right clicking their icon on the right side of the program and clicking "View". If you want to gen an original pokemon, you can just edit the fields on the left side of the program. When you're done, right click in some area of the pc/party and click "set". Then, go to file > export sav... > export main and then import your save back into your game

Is transfering a save file from citra to my sd cart for a cartridge copy possible? If so is this easy? Obviously I don't have a copy yet but plan to buy a copy, wondering if I can start the game on an emulator then move my progress to my cart.

Yes, but Citra doesn't have a way to export save files cleanly like JSKM that I know of. You would need to find the save file within the simulated sd card files that Citra makes. Also, you would need a hacked 3ds to import the save
