It's possible (but unlikely) that Flying Press will become a tutor move but they've mostly used the same list of moves since Gen 4, only adding in moves that were TMs in one gen that weren't in the next. That being the case, I see them taking Gen 6's list and adding shit like Dig and Mega Mom Punch, but definitely not Submission.

Sucker Punch was a tutor move back in HGSS so it may return
