Dhelmise, Toxapex, and Minior are almost guaranteed OU. Golisopod, Ninetails A and Salazzle might be.

All of the Tapus, Xurkitree, Pheromosa, Kartana, Celesteela, Nihilgeo and Buzzwole will all be OU or higher (Pheromosa 99% chance of being banned, Kartana ~70% and Xurkitree ~40% chance IMO).

Many more pokemon that won't make it in smog OU will be useful in either battlespot or VGC.

Tentacruel's role is a Rapid Spinner and occasional TSpiker because that's the utility that's available in its movepool. Toxapex is more similar to Alomomola in role: a bulky water with Regenerator that has low attacking stats. It'll function as a wall on stall teams, and almost entirely outclasses Alomomola in that role except for its lack of Wish.

Probably not OU, but I think Tsareena can succeed in UU or at very least RU with its solid movepool and bulk. If only it was faster though
