Likely OU. It gets Shell Smash. Meaning it can shit on you even when Shields Down isn't active. If you add Shields Down, then GG.

It has all the tools it needs to sweep pretty efficiently. Has to worry about priority though.

Minior's pretty good.

Its ability is actually well designed for once and isn't some Zen Mode nonsense - you have high defense stats at full health, then lose them for Speed and Offense when it's low. It's BST is on an effective level, very high.

It can learn Shell Smash, which is really good and fits nicely with its concept.

It gets your standard Rock Slide/Stone Edge choice of Rock Moves, Earthquake for good coverage versus Rock and Electric types. Your only Flying Stab is unfortunately Acrobatics (no really, its this pokemon's only Flying Move), but on a physical attacker this is pretty much perfect. U-Turn is also available which is useful in some scenarios.

White Herb + Shell Smash -> Acrobatics on the second turn. A very strong combo.

Its only weakness is it can't really deal with Water types and is very open to common priority moves, but otherwise it has all its other weaknesses locked down.

But overall, a very solid pokemon.

It's basically the other way around.

All the evolved favourites ended up with weird flaws, and all the pokemon perceived as single-stage shitmons turn out to be really useful.

Well except the Dancing Birbs, but even they can be used in Doubles for some cheeky strats.

Turt fan here. I've heard it really just doesn't have much going for it. Its slow and doesn't have bulk or powee to compensate for it. Real shame, love the design. At best he might be able to put work in on the lower tiers.
