So clear things up for me on hyper training, /vp/ Does it actually

They don't -actually- change the IVs. They just set some flag to automatically make the stat its maximum possible for that Pokemon. So if you have a Ditto with shit IVs and use hyper training on it, it will still have shit IV offspring. But yes, the stat change itself is permanent.

hyper training raises the stats of a pokemon so its as if they had 31 IVs. this means in actual battle they'll be just as good as a 31 IV mon, but its useless for breeding.
