1. Not really better, but slightly changed yes.
2. Decidueye has a good attack stat with decent speed (between the three, plus alola has a lot of slow mons) and some surprising bulk. Primarina has the best Sp.Atk stat but it suffers from being slow and physically frail. Incineroar however is pretty rounded but not really fantastic in it's own regard

I didn't find all 100 cells, but I did inject 2 50%'s and destroyed them and was able to make a zygarde with power construct using 100 cells. It's able to switch between 10% and 50% forms, no option for 100%.
