You need to convert the .cia to a .cci in order for Citra to play it.

Which to be honest I don't understand why there aren't uploads for the .cci's yet.

That fixed the fast forward problem, but it still freezes after the aether foundation cinematic. Tried messing with all the other settings to see if it would help

Ive found out that citra only utilizes 1 CPU core at a time (cpu 1-3 at 10% usage while cpu 4 at 70% usage) so overclocking might help
