Thunderstone. The evo methods for Alola Forms are the same for the ones evolving from existing Pokemon and for Geodude, Grimer, and Diglett. Meowth is now happiness, Rattata is night @ lvl 20, Sandshrew and Vulpix are by Ice Stone.

Depends. Maybe for the ones without new conditions, like Pikachu, Diglett, Geodude, etc.; you can only have Alolan forms with the Plus sign on it's stats.

But for the ones with new conditions, maybe you can get either form?
