Muk doesn't get Final Gambit if he gets removed or has his ability taken away and taking away. I'm pretty into the possibilities with Alolan Muk, but I don't see the value in wasting a slot on Shedinja for a cheap gimmick. Plus, the terrain moves and weather are going to be the big things this time around so focusing on that with regards Muk adopting an ability would be the best course of action.

Wonder Guard just takes typing into consideration, not immunity removal via moves like Miracle Eye or Wonder Guard.

For example, hacked WonderTombs (both in R/S and ORAS), after being hit with Foresight, still couldn't be hit by Close Combat.

For the record though, Soak and Trick-or-Treat DO work, because they straight up change the Pokemon's typing. So a Soaked WonderTomb WILL get hit by a T-Bolt.
