i mean the whole point of DP was that you gamble. NG just lets us bypass that but it's still a double-edged sword. Not like Machamp was even OU

This is only because Gamefreak didnt feel like doing more than a few overworld models for Pokemon.

They had an overworld model for Machamp so they ran with it and used it as much as they could.

Too bad they nerfed the confusion
