I already found a shiny by random encounter and I'm just on the second island. Is this just luck or is it significantly more common to encounter shinies in SuMo?
1/4000 now
>>29799569
One of the NPC's in the game says 4000/1 is the chance to find a shiny.
people have been saying that the chances are increased it seems, you arent the only one who found a shiny
>>29799569
good find
Shiny rate is the same as XY and ORAS, 1/4096
You can chain shinies by making wild pokemon summon allies and defeating them, each new ally increases the rate.
Allright thanks guys

>4000/1
Wow so for every one normal mon, I'll find 4000 shinies!
>>29799598
Any preference for the nickname?
>>29799600
how the hell do you even do that?
>>29799649
lol I messed up, it's 1/4000 sorry m8
Unrelated question, does anyone know if Shiny Charm is still in the game?
>>29799777
yes you can get it when you complete the dex and talk to Ohmori in game
>>29799777
nice trips
what was it even?
>>29799707
Not that guy, and I haven't played gen vi yet, but apparently, all wild Pokemon can summon an ally in place of using a move.
Is chain fishing back?
I heard wild Pokemon can call for help, can you shiny chain with that?
>>29799979
Wow that's rad as fuck. I'm surprised they haven't revealed this.
>>29800007
one of the dataminers seemed to imply that.
>>29800030
That's just what I've learned from reading /vp/ mind you, I won't be playing gen vi for at least a couple weeks
>>29799707
random chance in battles, and there is also a useable item you can use to force a new summon
shiny pokemon aren't special anymore. completely ruined the concept by making them piss easy to find, doesn't help that most are ugly anyways
Do shinies have a new animation when they appear? This is what I'm the most curious about.
>>29799979
But that doesn't confirm it to be true tho
>>29800063
Is that item replenishable?
What is it?
>>29800123
It's called an Adrenaline Orb, and yeah, you can eventually buy them at any shop.
>>29800076
So? I want a blue Nidoking. I dont care if it's a 50/50 chance.
>>29799649
What if all the "normal" mons were actually shinies?
Really makes you think.
>>29800209
No, real shinies go bling, hence 'shiny'. Something that shines is obviously superior to something that doesn't, regardless of numbers and rarity. There is nothing confusing.
>>29799569
>Water Absorb
It's shit.Evolve it into Politoed anyway.
>>29799790
can we also keep perfect zygarde?
there was a thread yesterday about it, but barely anyone uploaded solid evidence of it being true, mostly implications were mentioned so someone please confirm/debunk dis
>>29799979
Actually they do it after an attack.
I was trying to catch a magby and every single turn 3 turns in a row it summon a replacement before my attacks started missing from the smoke screens and my pokemon started falling one by one to fire spins and burns.
I lost half my team but finally caught it and on my way out i encountered another magby, learning from my mistake i tried to flee but it was unsuccessful and it fire spinned me and i lost another 2 pokemon to the hell of endlessly respawning magbys
>>29800092
Yes, one big star popping up and then vanishing. It's pretty short so I think it's hard to miss...
>>29803326
Aaaaand right after I wrote this post I ran into this.
Thank you vp
>>29803918
Cute! CUTE!!!!
>>29801534
they had said once you make perfect zygarde by fusing all the cells/cores you cant turn it back into the incomplete forms
I'm going to try like hell to get a shiny Faticate.
>>29800123
They're like 300 at pokemarts.
>>29799650
pepe
>>29803918
No skill link.
That's a bummer.
Maybe ability capsules are back.
>>29803918
Nice, one of my favorite SM shinies.
>>29800076
I haven't found a shiny excluding a single pikachu in X/Y. I'd love to find shinies
Do HA mons appear after ally chaining
