Yeah, but only Regice actually wants to use it. Sandslash really wants to benefit from it, but the only Pokemon with access to both Aurora Veil and U-Turn/Volt Switch are Articuno (FUCK) and Mew (doesn't fit on Hail teams).

Brick Break being COMPLETELY ubiquitous means that the screens won't last for terribly long, and it gets worse when you consider that it breaks the screens before it does damage. This hurts even more when the rest of your team is going to want these up all the time.
