I'm not sure if it makes it more usefull, but this is definetly what I'm gonna run with HP Ice, Thunderbolt/Discharge and Roost with Life Orb. Gonna be tought, but I love this thing to much.

That's not how stay increases work. It doesn't increase the base, it increases the actual stat. So at 43 base, it reaches 203 with a +Spe nature. At +2 Speed, it doubles. So that's 406 speed!
