Clef runs it on both. Wish/Protect/MB/TWave is the set I usually see. Chansey on balance isn't too common, but there's no reason not to use TWave, especially then. Chansey is generally seen as a liability on anything but stall due to being such huge setup fodder. TWave is the only way Chansey can punish mons trying to set up on it. Hell, I've seen balance teams where Chansey is supposed to let torn knock off its eviolite just so it can cripple its speed in return.

Wobb was Ubers for 2 Gens. It had Shadow Tag to prevent your opponent from switching to a Pokemon that could counter it.

Just did calcs for Kartana and holy shit, gotta agree with you. I thought 90/70BP STABs will keep it in check, but unboosted Leaf Blade actually 2HKOs offensive resists after SR damage. This thing can murder absolutely everything with a few set changes. Definitely a quickban.
I'm still pretty sure Xurkitree is getting an early suspect test (Electric Terrain boosts make it stupid as hell to face) and Pheromosa isn't getting banned that quickly (reliable counters and counterplay).

As a counterpoint, it's piss easy for offensive teams to check because it can't take a hit. 107 would've been the ideal speed tier for it (too slow to treaten offensive teams AT ALL) but 109 is still slow enough to where it can't threaten many Pokemon out on offense while still being trivial to check. It's (barely) managable for stall because its not enough of a threat at +2, and it suffers due to every Pokemon on even the most defensive teams being able to 2hko it at worst.

The odds it gets banned are fairly high, but they were right the first time- it won't be a quickban. It'll take a few suspect stages.
