Except for the fact that it has insane base power, is on literally everyone and is so strong that even pokemon like Gengar are using it.
It needs to have its base power boost removed so it always does the same amount of damage, item or not, and it needs to be changed so that switching in and out restores the knocked off item. It could also stand to have its base power reduced too so only dark types use it as an attacking move and people stop using it as a coverage move that ALWAYS wins no matter what you do.
