They're min maxed to hell and back to actually be useful. They're stronger and have more BST than all other Alola Pokemon sans the lucky few and all have a unique form of Moxie. They're also unique encounters who even need a unique ball to help capture easier.

They're basically Legendary Pokemon that Gamefreak slapped a coat of paint on to try and hide the fact because of how much people BITCHED in Gen 4 and Gen 5.
