Citra Bleeding Edge 46 with NAND files placed in the correct folders.

Note that after a while of running the emulator, Pokemon SM emulation will slow down which is your cue to save the game and reload the game.

I just completed the trainer school with zero crashes.

Just imported all my ORAS save data from ORAS that I'd emulated on Citra using pkhex.

If you have a legit hacked 3ds (luma, al9h, etc) you should be booting right into a cfw allowing you to run what ever you want.
