I can argue that Baracat is more useful than the owl in use of it's typing and HA. Primarinia seems like a good choice all around. the stats just don't make it as good, even if it's faster, because Incineroar could OHKO after it has gone with any of it's moves while still being decently protected by it's DEF and SDEF.
