where is knock off nerfs?

now that dark is neutral to steel, it was hitting way too hard in the past meta.

knock off still reaches 90 + stab damage on knockdown, its just not a goddamn close combat now.

bisharp is still pretty strong with defiant and thunder wave + iron head BS, just not as strong as before.

Thunder Wave got nerfed too. Not only it halves speed rather than lowerng it by 75%, it has 90% accuracy now.
