You get a free attack, and as long as it lives the attack, you can bring it back out later. Seems to be something that happens at the end of all the attacks going off though. It's not something that triggers mid-round.

whether he's good or not depends on how his ability works.
If he gets hit and still gets his attack off it's fine, you get a free switch into something.
If you get hit and switch out before you can attack it's bad and will have to rely on aqua jet succ punch and his priority bug fake out attack.

look i can appreciate all this competitive brainstorming on how you can use it to your advantage but honestly unless we get an item that nulls abilities it's going to be garbage outside of doubles, and even then it needs tons of support to even think about doing anything with 40 base speed. i love the thing's design to death but it's just plain bad
