Owl has priority and both +2 boosting moves. Gorgeist could manage OU and it was slow as shit with very little offensive presence. The typing is very anti meta, and his trapping move can be baton passed, and he gets feather dance to make the switch in that much easier. U-turn, Defog and reliable recovery means Owl will not be hurting for move-sets.
