Archers actually are meant to be fast. Only in modern archery has the typical archer just stood in place and firing at targets. And even in historical art work and prints shows that Archers of the past used everything they could to be fast as possible.

1.) the numbers aren't final yet. The HP stat is projected to be 90+, anything below 90 is not really correct.
2.) It has a ~90/80/105 defensive spread. That is fucking incredible. On top of the fact that it has a great defensive typing, having TWO immunities, and key resistances to water, electric, AND ground.
3.) You ADHD OFFENSE ONLY kiddies really need to calm down. Deci has great defensive spread, and with toxic/will o wisp in combination with shackle, this thing will be a stall killer while being a stall monster itself. ESPECIALLY if it gets roost.

Rangers in DnD aren't even that fast, anon.
In 5e only one of their subclasses can dash without sacrificing their attacks for a round.
Rogues get Bonus action dash, which means they can double their speed and still stab someone.
Monks also get this and their land speed increases as they level up.
Barbarians straight up get speed increases too.
Hell, a Fighter with a bow is more mobile than a ranger.
Ranger is good at hiding and sniping.
