Honestly, these stats aren't even that bad. It has even Special Attack and Attack meaning that it can run multiple sets and it is still fairly bulky. As seen in the picture, it is shown to have Sucker Punch meaning that it has a way around his average speed. Speaking of speed, there are a lot of Pokemon, regardless of priority, who has low speed stats and still perform very well in competitive play. Don't count Decidueye out yet.

HP seems to be the stat GF hates making high when it comes to pokemon, anything with over base 100 HP is relatively rare.

Not going to be taking over the meta or anything, but it's probably not going to be stuck in PU considering this thing is in NU. It will depend on it's HA once again like most starters. We already saw Sucker Punch as an attack, and possibly Shadow Sneak as it's a Ghost-type.

Also do not believe the Incineroar or Primarina "leaked" stats, they might also be bad, hopefully not though.
