I assumed it was separate and the space-eye evolves into the legendaries. I was unsure, hence counting them separately just in case!

The legends are 3 stage. Bringing back baby mon to split evos.

Gamefreak tends to bring old ideas back in a lesser way or just one. If mega ever come back, watch them make few or just one next gen.
