Sure, it doesn't fix shitmons who're shitmons because of their abilities, typings or stat distribution (looking at you Cryogonal) but at least some underdogs like Ariados will be able to not have shit stats, even though it's at the price of their precious item slot.DUDE SABLEYE LMAO

How do you determine the stat increase for a Pokemon? Based on total stats or based on a particular stat? Because that would make Azumarill even more broken

a good way would probably be after factoring everything else, so in azumarill's case it would be 100 effective base attack and then aply the stat boosts until hitting the 500 BST cap
