Ghost Terrain

Bug Terrain
All grounded, non-Bug Pokemon become infested (1/8 damage loss each turn as long as terrain is out) but can switch out. Bug Pokemon recover 1/8 HP each turn. Bug attacks do 50% more damage. Nature Power becomes Signal Beam.

Ice Terrain
Non-ice grounded Pokemon have a 10% additional chance of missing attacks (Pokemon slipped on the ice and couldn't move!). All water moves used become ice. Nature Power becomes Ice Beam.

Just trying to buff some of the weaker types. Ice Terrain doesn't boost offensively but protects defensively since ice resists itself, Ghost Terrain gives Ghost Pokemon super effective attacks against many grounded Pokemon, and Bug Pokemon are in need of both defensive and offensive boosts.

Of course, there'd have to be an attack to eliminate terrain as well.

Terrain Power- 100 BP, Special, 100 ACC, typing depends
User converts the energy of the terrain to do damage to a foe. Terrain becomes lost as a result. No terrain = no effect
