If anything deserved a mega it was this piece of shit. One of my favorite early route pokemon ever, the novelty of an early dark type was great. But it's absolute garbage.

And god knows i love this Dogo, but yeah, definitely needs an overall rework, as it currently stands it's garbage, like, Moxie and and Quick feet are gimmicky Abilities that doesn't even make it relevant once activated, and it's far from good enough to take Landorus's seat as the Intimidate mon

The other for Linoone in the opposite game
They aren't rivals, but giving a mega to early route mons sounds like a decent idea especially cause that would give them a reason to stay around late game.

Give it a third evolution with 150+ BST increase, a powerful physical dark type stab signature move, Intimidate, Edgequake + Gunkshot coverage.

On those Make a Mega theads, I saw something like this.

Dark -> Dark / Poison (Hyenas can eat putrid things and they don't fall sick, in fact, they're resilient against a lot of viruses)

Ability: Strong Jaw

Now you have STAB and Strong Jaw boosted Crunch and Poison fang. On top of the coverage that the Elemental Fangs give; thanks to Strong Jaw, those attacks reach almost 100 BP.

Dark / Poison is an ok typing IMO.
I could have missed the exact stats but it was something like that.
