How would the meta change if you could only switch once after every K.O?

Stall would die, prompting Smogon to banning everything and closing down their site.
After your mon is KO'd or KO's an opponent?
Do things like Baton Pass/U-Turn still work?

Your mon. Sorry, should've been more specific. You're allowed one switch at the start of the match. When your mon gets K.O'd, and you send out another pokemon, you get to switch again until the next K.O of your pokemon. You can't switch twice between K.Os of your pokemon.

The meta wouldn't change because everyone would quit.

Yes.

I believe that if that was the case then after every KO you could only switch once.
So every pokemon has shadow tag? Think about all the moves that abuse that ability.
Stall wouldn't die, it would become stronger. You would have no way to get around a wall. PP stall would become a real victory condition. Debuffing skills would actually be useful.

Well, no one would use Choice items anymore for one.
Set-up sweepers would be much more devastating if they come in at the right time.
Dedicated walls and support mons would probably be phased out in favor of bulky attackers, since each Pokemon would have to pull more individual weight.
Moves like Taunt/Torment/Encore/etc that are currently used to force switches would become much more powerful, possibly to the point of overcentralization.
Based on >>29681235, moves that allow you to switch would become a valuable commodity. Baton Pass teams might actually become the dominant team archetype.
Aside from that, I could see Perish Song and PP stall gimmick teams cropping up.

SOUNDS GOOD TO ME

Also forgot to mention Toxic/Burn moves would be practically mandatory on anything that wasn't a dedicated sweeper.
