Okay, so I don't know if this is the right place to ask this, but it's as good as any.

About a year ago I was messing around with injection stuff, it worked perfectly fine. I decided to make a new save file on Alpha Sapphire, making sure both save files worked (they did). And then I dropped it because they started patching stuff and I couldn't be bothered.

Skip forward to a few months ago, I get CFW set up and decide to put my first save file back in.
Except it doesn't work.

So I'm pretty sure I haven't updated, I tried using both the save manager I originally used and JKSV (or whatever it was). And the other save file I made still works, so...?

Yea digital copy only. Could be that you try to put a 1.0 savefile on a 1.4 pokemon and it breaks, so you could try and uninstall the update, put savegame in, update, dump savefile again (=>savefile gets converted to 1.4 format).

If that doesn't work either you could still move all the shit manually over with pkhex to a working savegame

well if you do the same routine after booting up your 3ds it should stay sameish, but that's not guaranteed. As soon as you close pokemon and start it again you get a new pid. If you start any other app before pokemon the pid also changes. While pokemon runs the pid stays the same

The QR codes are the instructions for the pokemon you want in a neat package that injectors like me can easily construct with PkHex.

While you can of course request a given pokemon set, this leaves out certain information that is needed for the Pokrmon to validate, leaving us with more work to do, which makes your request take longer and slows things down. By meeting us half way we can promptly get you the pokemon you want.

Alright, I made my shitty pkhex ntr injector.

See pic related for a tutorial, the setup part (ip, pid, game) needs to be done everytime you restart pkhex.

Make sure to omit the "0x" part of the pid.
In the game field either put in "ORAS" or "XY" without the ".

Needs .net framework 4.6.1, so make sure you have that installed.

I'll prolly make it more user friendly later, but this should be good enough for now. There's very little fail-checks, so if you type in stupid shit don't be surprised if it crashes

you should install a9lh and end up with a brick-safe system that can dl games from the eshop without paying and playing online without nintendo noticing that you never paid for them.

You can play pokemon online, stay on the most up to date firmware and be the first to play sun/moon when it leaks.

We still do ram injection, but not over qr code/browser, but over wifi with ntr, that allows you to inject a pokemon while being in the GTS/Trade (you could even inject one while battling, but that might get you banned)
