Raichu was also untouched... until Gen 7 added a new form in Alolan Raichu with an ability that doubles its Speed during Electric Terrain, which also boosts Electric-type moves by 50%. Well, at least Electrode is still having the strongest Electro Ball without needing Speed boost.
