I'm doing a Blue on the Virtual Console run while waiting for Sun and Moon to come out.
What's a good sixth for my prospective team?

Farfetch'd
Gyarados. The magikarp leveling in Mt Moon is a struggle but incredibly worth it.
Lapras perhaps?

>Jolteon instead of Magnemite/Magneton
trashed

I thought about Gyarados, but TM scarcity makes me reluctant.

it gets bubblebeam early and ice beam soonish after, then surf.

Tentacruel

Teach it strength and surf. Literally the only two moves it needs to run through the entire game. It's attack stat will carry it by itself.
Starmie, Gyarados, Alakazam, Slowbro would all fit nicely.
Omastar for ice coverage
Do one if the fossil mons. Kabutops or Omaster.
You dont have water or rock. Makes sense.
Or Parasect for the bug and grass typings.
>>29648820
Hypno, Muk, Venomoth, Pinsir, Kabutops
Adamant Rapidash has good attack and speed.
Adamant Cloyster for Great defense and good attack.
Jolly or adamant Aerodactyl for speed and good attack.

Hi retard
>>29648820
Starime, OP. It's pretty obvious.
>>29648820
Lapras
>>29649021
Starmie*, dang it. And I also forgot the pic.
>>29648820
Alakazam is a beast if you have someone to trade with
Tauros can be a monster with the right moves
Exeggutor is pretty good but learns some useful moves late as Exeggcute and isn't that powerful prior to evolving
Unless you teach surf to Nidoqueen though, you should probably get a water type
>>29648820
The answer is very obvious anon
>>29649372
>>29649177
Like anon said these two can be outrageously good if you have a trade capable friend.
>>29649177
Nidoqueen was gonna run Earthquake,Body Slam, Surf and Ice Beam.
Maybe Hitmonchan. He gets all the elemental punches letting you cover bases you don't have or when Charizard or Jolteon fall.
>>29648820
Lapras or Vaporeon.
