if Bulu has max EVs and a positive nature, and we assume the tauros is neutral, that means a 120+ atk stat

of course that's just me fucking around on a damage calculator for a bit, but still.

You could look at the recoil damage to figure out exactly how much damage the woodhammer did, and find the high and low of the atk stat assuming natures and evs
